My focus is geared toward offering creative value driven solutions that impact, enhance, and drive CX. Areas of expertise span all aspects of customer fulfillment, order management, CRM systems and program development with superb skills in presentation, communication and cross cultural team development.

Opportunities within my background allowed me to work in multifaceted organizations with emphasis on process standardization, company wide integrations, system implementations and utilization of Six Sigma tools.
